October 2001 Letter Dear Friends & Visitors: We have changed our name to the Center for Organizational Energy, LLC. We will also relocate to larger office during December 2001. They will be located at 1701 Central Avenue - Suite 200 in Albany, NY. Our telephone numbers will remain the same. This is allowing us to triple our office space and lower our per square foot rental rate into about a third of our costs! Now we will have room to grow and serve clients at even higher levels. So many of you report that you have been to our sites and now that this site has earned a rating in the Top 10 on a number of search engines for its Professional Selling Skills programming and other topics we are going to continue our web investment. It is hard to imagine that over 4 years has passed since Lester J. Heath, III died on October 23, 1997. He was my friend and business partner in Life Works our first organizational development firm. Using the Albany Ladder mission statement as a guide Les encouraged me to use the creative living organizational model to share with other firms parts of our own organizational development. Today the Center for Organizational Energy, LLC represents three major publishers of material including Achieve Global™ , 360 Solutions, LLC and Crestcom International™. We also continue to develop and provide the finest in credit and collection training and development and customized organizational productivity product offerings. Our clients write and share about their increased productivity and financial returns of between 10% to 40% because of our work with them. Our partners and us provide
